Makayla Paulsen

Makayla Paulsen is a senior from Pocahontas, Iowa, double majoring in Marketing Communication and Management, minoring in Legal Studies and Political Science, and she is in the Honors Program. Her love of photography started at 9 years old after receiving her first point-and-shoot. Now, she shoots digitally on a DSLR and multiple 35mm film cameras. Makayla loves to travel and explore the beautiful world to take more photos. Around campus, she is the editor-in-chief of The Simpsonian, mock trial undergraduate assistant, a writing consultant, serves as president of the Pre-Law Society and Reconnect Movement, and is active in various student organizations.
