Our Mission
Sequel is Simpson College’s annual journal of poetry, prose, and artwork. Members of the Simpson community—including students, staff, and faculty—are invited to submit their work every Spring. Having been in operation for almost a hundred years, the journal’s goal is to showcase the school creative spirit. While the origins of the name Sequel have been lost to time, each iteration aims to be better than the last.
Content in Sequel is provided by individuals and as such is not necessarily reflective of the opinions of Simpson College.
